Click on TOOLS
Select Internet Options (The Internet Options dialog box will appear.)
Select the General tab
In the Tabs section, click SETTINGS (Tabbed Browsing Settings dialog box).
Make the settings changes as shown in the Figure at right
To save changes and close, click OK
Close and restart Explorer

Remember: Zotero does not work with IE7, only with Firefox.
